Laycee Gwyther’s Mission Statement – Mrs. Everett 2027
As Mrs. Everett 2027, my mission is to empower women, entrepreneurs, and young adults to discover their potential, pursue their goals with confidence, and create meaningful success in their lives and communities. I believe that when individuals are given the right support, education, mentorship, and opportunities, they can overcome obstacles, build thriving businesses, and become leaders who positively impact those around them.
As the founder and CEO of Executive Beauty Suites, I have witnessed firsthand how entrepreneurship can transform lives. I have had the privilege of helping beauty professionals and small business owners take ownership of their futures by creating businesses that provide financial independence, personal fulfillment, and opportunities for growth. My passion extends far beyond providing salon suites; it is about creating an environment where people feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to succeed.
My platform focuses on mentoring and educating aspiring entrepreneurs, empowering existing business owners, and guiding young adults as they navigate their futures. Whether someone is launching their first business, pursuing a career path, or working to overcome personal challenges, I believe everyone deserves access to resources, encouragement, and a community that believes in their potential. Through workshops, coaching, community partnerships, and outreach initiatives, I aim to help individuals develop confidence, leadership skills, financial literacy, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Everett holds a special place in my heart because it is the community where I have built relationships, grown businesses, and witnessed incredible stories of perseverance and achievement. I am committed to giving back to the community that has given so much to me by supporting local businesses, encouraging community involvement, and creating opportunities for future generations to thrive. At the same time, I believe the impact of mentorship and entrepreneurship should extend beyond city limits, reaching individuals and communities throughout Washington and beyond.
As Mrs. Everett, I will use my platform to advocate for personal growth, business development, and community empowerment. My goal is to inspire others to believe in themselves, take action toward their dreams, and recognize that success is not determined by where they start but by their willingness to learn, grow, and persevere.
